Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative and clinical support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our medical practice. Duties and Responsibilities Greet and room patients, update their medical records. Assist healthcare providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments, including taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and administering medication as directed. Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, stocking supplies and ensuring that equipment is properly maintained. Communicate effectively with patients, providing them with information and instructions as needed. Comply with all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality. Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care and a willingness to go the extra mile to support our patients and healthcare team. Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent, with a completion of a medical assistant training program or certification. Blood draw / PRP experience is a plus Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and basic office software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other team members. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and organized medical records. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
