Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn and landscape maintenance
• Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Apply mulch and maintain landscape beds
• Trim bushes, hedges, and small trees
• Complete seasonal clean-up projects
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with landscape installations and property improvements
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License REQUIRED
• Previous landscaping experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Plantación de flores, arbustos y árboles
• Aplicación de mantillo y mantenimiento de jardines
• Poda de arbustos, setos y árboles pequeños
• Limpiezas de temporada
• Operación segura de equipos de jardinería
• Apoyo en instalaciones y mejoras de paisajismo
• Mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio y seguro
• Seguir procedimientos de seguridad y estándares de calidad

Requisitos:

• Licencia de Conducir Válida OBLIGATORIA
• Experiencia en paisajismo preferida pero no requerida
• Capacidad para trabajar al aire libre en diferentes condiciones climáticas
• Capacidad para realizar trabajo físico durante toda la jornada
• Buena actitud, responsabilidad y puntualidad
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo
