This role manages the full proposal lifecycle, coordinates cross‑functional contributors, ensures alignment with customer requirements and Oracle Health value propositions, and drives timely, high‑quality responses to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and related procurement requests. Responsibilities Provide direct project management support for the delivery of high‑quality, competitive proposals to Oracle external prospects, including planning, scheduling, execution, review, and final submission. Analyze proposal requirements, evaluation criteria, delivery specifications, and customer priorities to develop preparation outlines, executive summaries, and author guidance. Provide direction on compliance with statutory, regulatory, commercial, and customer‑specific business guidelines; create compliance matrices and author response matrices; and review final proposals for compliance, responsiveness, and quality. Maintain liaison with external partners, integrators, and internationally dispersed teams participating in joint proposal efforts, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and accountability throughout the proposal lifecycle. Plan and conduct kickoff meetings, manage the proposal development plan, establish virtual collaboration environments, develop proposal preparation instructions, and coordinate text and graphics preparation. Establish document version control methods, create review directions and procedures, manage review and edit cycles, and ensure contributors follow writing instructions, timelines, and quality standards. Coordinate final proposal assembly and delivery, confirm adherence to submission requirements, and ensure the proposal is complete, compliant, responsive, and submitted on time. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from $41.83 to $89.90 per hour; from: $87,000 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
