Housing Access Case Manager I

The Salvation Army Southern California seeks a Case Manager I in Anaheim to deliver holistic, housing-focused case management with a strength-based approach. You will help guests remove barriers, develop housing plans, gather housing documents, and link to on-site and off-site resources to reach sustainable housing. You will search for housing options, meet landlords, maintain case records in HMIS/WellSky, and participate in weekly CES housing match discussions to update on guests’ progress. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Salvation Army Southern California
