Entry-Level Technician (Maintenance Tech)

We are seeking an Entry-Level Technician (Maintenance Tech) to join our team at Payne Alice CDJR. The ideal candidate will assist in performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in automotive maintenance.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Technical training or certification in automotive maintenance is a plus
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance processes

Responsibilities:

Assist senior technicians in performing routine maintenance on vehicles
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance tasks
Inspect vehicles to identify potential issues and report findings to senior technicians
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to learn and develop automotive maintenance skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and dedication to quality workmanship
Good communication skills and ability to work well with others in a team setting
