Mechanical Assembler
We are a Control Panel manufacturing company seeking dedicated Mechanical Assemblers. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. No prior experience is required as we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Install finished assemblies into control panels using hand and power tools.
- Lift and push up to 50 lbs as part of your daily tasks.
- Pull and pick products for installations, ensuring they are correctly assembled.
Essential Skills
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Mechanical assembly experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Work Environment
Work in a clean, climate-controlled panel shop environment alongside a team of approximately 32 colleagues. The position operates on a first shift only, with flexible start and end times between 7:008:00 a.m. and 4:305:00 p.m. Enjoy a professional, organized shop setting while using hand tools, power tools, and electrical assembly equipment at benches and panel stations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of The Colony, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
