Haskell is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer in Oklahoma City and Tulsa to work with our site/civil group. In this role, you will be responsible for the production of innovative, appropriate, cost-effective designs, drawings, and specifications in your discipline for assigned projects. You will maintain professional registration and sign/seal documents prepared under your supervision. Your responsibilities will include leading project strategy meetings within discipline, developing design concepts and recommending systems, producing pricing and proposal presentation documents, and outlining specifications. You will also research, document, and be responsible for discipline design compliance with all applicable codes, ordinances, standards, and regulations. Additionally, you will identify the basis of design for hydrology, hydraulics, site utilities, and erosion sediment control design approach. You will be able to create clear, complete, and concise stormwater, water demand, and wastewater calculation reports. You will advise and assist Construction Project Managers, Superintendents, and Subcontractors in the interpretation and clarification of construction documents and respond to requests for information. You will direct technical efforts of engineers, designers, technicians, and/or interns assigned to the project and administer an environment for staff to excel, while coaching them to advance their careers.

To thrive in this role, you will need a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Degree, 10+ years of civil design experience, and a licensed professional engineer (active). Environmental factors and/or physical requirements: While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment, and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
