Night Shift LPN: Premium Pay & Benefits, Growth

Night shifts 7 pm-7 am. Compensation starts at $29/hr up to $32.50/hr, with salary adjustment based on years of experience and a differential of $33.25/hr. Responsibilities Provide safe resident care, demonstrating knowledge and competency in completing assigned treatments and procedures according to established standards and policies. Maintain awareness of new updates standards and incorporate them into nursing practice throughout the continuum of care. Participate in improvement process of quality resident care. Incorporate age-specific needs, provision of care, procedures, and treatments. Communicate pertinent resident information and plan of care before breaks, during transfer, and at shift report. Accurately administer medications according to the five rights of medication administration and document same. Accurately perform treatments utilizing sterile or clean technique. Accurately administer external feedings. Complete resident care-related activities within scheduled shift time periods. Cooperate with reassignments made in the interest of resident care. Report resident care problems and possible solutions to appropriate nursing management personnel. Delegate resident care problems and possible solutions to appropriate nursing management personnel.
