Senior Project Engineer (Level 3)

Senior Project Engineer (Level 3) You will be the Senior Project Engineer (Level 3) for the AMMM Development/Production/Sustainment Project Engineering team which is responsible for supporting the C‑130, C‑5, and P‑3 aircraft platforms across a variety of support contracts. Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: Manage a portfolio of effort consisting of complex system/technical development from concept through sustainment and modifications. Ensure alignment with Engineering and Technology (E&T) strategy, technical feasibility, and manage technical risk. Drive planning and execution across all Engineering teams to meet contract cost, schedule, and technical requirements while satisfying customer needs. Act as the single voice and point of contract to program management and senior leadership on program execution. Develop innovative and scalable standardization processes to maintain agility and flexibility. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering Experience in aircraft design, testing, integration, or sustainment environment Hands on engineering experience working and resolving technical issues. Desired Skills: Software, Systems, or Aircraft Experience Experience using ServiceFLO EVMS or Cost/Schedule Principles Proposal Development / APTS Contract Language Knowledge of Technical Supplier/Sub-Contractor Management and Integration Excellent Communication Skills Security Clearance Security clearance required. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Clearance Level: Secret. Work Schedule Work schedule is 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Part‑time remote telework available.
