Responsibilities Physical Therapist – In‑facility. Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab. As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You are a healer and helper, adept at addressing the whole patient and treating them as an individual. Your goals involve designing programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. You are adaptable to patients’ needs and enjoy the variety of settings. You collaborate with peers and make referrals as needed to help patients thrive. You are a teacher who trains patients and caregivers on skills that promote independence and productivity. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy. Posted Salary Range: USD $40.00 – USD $53.00 /Hr.
