In the role of a Medical Receptionist/Scheduler, you will be a vital part of our healthcare team, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our medical office. With core skills in patient service, and office experience, you will be responsible for tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing incoming phone calls, scheduling diagnostic tests and greeting patients at the front desk. Additionally, your skills in customer service and multi-line phone systems will enhance your ability to deliver exceptional care to patients and support the overall efficiency of the practice.

Our providers are certified in their specialty and have medical staff privileges at McLaren Northern Michigan hospital as well as other community hospitals in the area.

The scope of our practice includes, but is not limited to people with breathing problems, lung diseases, Asthma, and Sleep Disorders. We see children over three-years of age for sleep disorders and we do accept self-referrals.

Our goal is to provide our patients with optimal evaluations and treatment programs including the exploration of various therapeutic options. As each person has unique medical challenges, our patients can expect an individual treatment approach for their specific health concerns.

The Center for Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine has outreach locations in Cheboygan and Gaylord to better to serve our patients’ needs.

Office work days are Monday-Friday, We do not work weekends, nights or holidays. We offer full insurance coverage for employee, Dental and Vision available for very low premiums, paid holidays, 401K plan, life and disability insurance, and a FSA account for unreimbursed medical costs.
