Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our operations at our Florissant location on North Lindbergh Boulevard. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of our facility's operations, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a high-performing team culture. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional decision-making abilities, strong operational expertise, and a motivational leadership style that inspires excellence across all levels of the organization.

• Provide strategic direction and overall management of the facility, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth
• Oversee all operational functions including budgeting, financial planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring
• Analyze operational metrics and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Manage profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining operational efficiency
• Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and compliance standards across all departments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and community partners
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive employee development and engagement
• Develop and execute strategic plans that enhance operational effectiveness and competitive positioning
• Communicate organizational vision and priorities to all team members in a clear and motivational manner
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing multi-functional teams in a corporate or operational environment
• Demonstrated expertise in operational management and process optimization
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements
• Excellent strategic planning and decision-making capabilities
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Experience with performance management and employee development initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions
• Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
• Experience with onboarding and training programs
• Knowledge of compliance, safety, and regulatory standards
• Preferred: Multi-unit or multi-location management experience
• Preferred: Background in the specific industry or sector relevant to the organization
• Preferred: Experience with strategic change management and organizational transformation
