You're the operational backbone — when the techs and installers have what they need, the calls close cleanly. When they don't, the day falls apart. Responsibilities Receive parts and equipment deliveries; verify against purchase orders. Stage install jobs the night before. Pull all equipment and parts for installation. Restock service trucks on a daily or weekly cycle. Manage warranty returns and ship‑backs to suppliers. Maintain inventory accuracy in ServiceTitan. Qualifications Comfortable operating a forklift (certification preferred, training available). Physically capable of moving HVAC equipment with assistance.
