Join us today.We are looking for an IFMC Lab Technical Coordinator to join our team to support the PEO Missiles & Space Integrated Fires Mission Command Project Office, leading the development and execution of all IFMC labs to support integration activities. The selected candidate will work directly with end customers to meet schedules while ensuring the performance and security of the labs.ResponsibilitiesYour day-to-day work will include:Synthesizing DOD needs and requirements into lab architecture solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.Developing and directing the preparation and execution of lab stand-up, lab design, and integration activities to support comprehensive tests and schedules for completing systems.Coordinating integration and testing activities working in a dynamic federated lab environment.Directing oversight of integration and lab operations teams.Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure lab requirements are aligned with product/test team needs.Developing integration plans/schedules, lab operations budgets, lab process compliance, and integration of hardware/software units.Preparing and brief senior leadership and drive decisionsOther duties as assigned.QualificationsRequired QualificationsUS citizenship, and residency near Huntsville, AL, or be willing to relocate.An active SECRET security clearance and ability to maintain.A basic understanding of Engagement Operations (EO) concepts, including engagement planning/scheduling, threat evaluation, target selection, battlespace prediction, and sensor resource management.The ability to provide oversight to an EO SW development team and verify the team's work based on agreed-upon acceptance criteria, including attending code reviews.Able to work directly with the Agile software developers.Fluent in the Microsoft Office toolset.Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) from an accredited college (ABET preferred) in engineering, the sciences, or mathematics.Minimum of 7 years combined Government/DoD experience in performing the essential duties listed above.20 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree.Active U.S. Government DoD SECRET security clearance.At least 5 years' experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule.At least 10 years of demonstrated experience in lab operations and test planning, or test execution.Experience integrating hardware and software components in a lab/ground test environment.Experience with lab electrical, network, and facility designs.Desired QualificationsAbility to meet DoD 8570 certification requirements.Experience with air defense command and control architecture.Prior management experience.Demonstrated knowledge of systems engineering, test, and lab operations principles and processes.Demonstrated ability working with cross-functional teams and customers.Experience executing in an AGILE environment.Experience in Test automation (development and execution).Demonstrated knowledge and use of instrumentation and data acquisition systems.Experience in DOD and DSCA system security accreditation.Job SummaryID: 2026-22910Category: Engineering & Technical ServicesSecurity Clearance Requirement: SecretType: Regular Full-TimeLevel: Senior
