The Structural Welder plays a crucial role within a small team environment, reporting directly to a supervisor. This position involves performing welding operations to create and assemble structural components in compliance with blueprints and safety standards. Precision, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols are essential to ensure the integrity and durability of welded structures.
Responsibilities
- Execute welding operations based on blueprints and specifications
- Interpret blueprints to accurately assemble structural parts
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in structural assembly tasks within the team
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level welding experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of welding techniques and blueprint reading
- Understanding of safety compliance and structural analysis
- Physical stamina and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small team
- Problem-solving skills
