We’re a young, energetic team, and design plays a central role in how our brand shows up online, on social media, and on the trade-show floor. The Role We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to own the visual side. You will design website campaign graphics, social media content, digital ads, and large-format exhibition materials for trade shows. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role: your work will ship fast and be seen by hundreds of thousands of customers. Candidates with working HTML knowledge and 3D modeling/rendering skills will be strongly preferred. What You’ll Do Design website campaign assets — homepage banners, landing pages, promotional graphics, and seasonal sales campaigns for mechmaxx.com. Create marketing and social media content: posts, stories, short-video thumbnails and covers, and paid ad creatives for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Design email marketing graphics and templates that drive engagement and conversion. Produce exhibition and trade-show graphics: booth backdrops, banners, signage, brochures, product catalogs, and other large-format print materials — including print-ready file preparation. Build and maintain product visuals: product photography retouching, lifestyle composites, spec sheets, and packaging/label artwork. Use HTML/CSS to build or fine-tune landing pages and marketing emails in collaboration with the web team. Maintain and evolve MechMaxx brand guidelines to keep a consistent visual identity across all channels. Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams; manage multiple projects and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience. 2+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in e-commerce, consumer products, or industrial/equipment brands. Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma experience is a plus. Proven experience designing for both digital (web, social, email, paid ads) and print (large-format exhibition graphics, catalogs). Working knowledge of HTML/CSS — able to build or edit landing pages and email templates. Solid understanding of print production: bleeds, color profiles (CMYK/Pantone), and vendor file specs. Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills, with a portfolio that shows range across formats. Self-starter who can take a brief from concept to final files with minimal supervision. Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms. Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and photo-real rendering workflows.
