Dallas-Fort Worth Area | Team-Based Sales Model | Work Directly with Leadership

Team Nexa Insurance Solutions is expanding in the Dallas-Fort Worth market and is seeking CURRENTLY LICENSED Texas life insurance agents who want more support, more structure, and more real opportunities to write business.

In-Person, Remote, Hybrid, Full-time or Part-Time.

This is a professional, team-oriented presentation model designed for agents who are tired of chasing leads alone, struggling with low support, or relying on outdated sales methods.

If you are looking for a serious opportunity with live leadership, organized presentations, ongoing training, and multiple carrier options, we want to speak with you.

TEXAS LICENSE REQUIRED - NO EXCEPTIONS

Applicants MUST currently hold an ACTIVE Texas Life Insurance License in good standing.

• Active Texas life insurance license required
• Must already be licensed at the time of application
• No future licensing candidates
• No unlicensed applicants
• No exceptions to licensing requirements

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Working directly with the Dallas-Fort Worth Regional Manager
• Participating in organized team presentations and educational events
• Meeting with qualified individuals in professional environments
• Conducting short, structured group presentations
• Following up with interested prospects after presentations
• Helping clients select appropriate life insurance coverage options
• Collaborating with a team of licensed insurance professionals

THIS POSITION IS NOT

• Cold calling
• Door-to-door sales
• Telemarketing
• Buying expensive leads with little support
• Working completely on your own
