Experienced Project Management SpecialistCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking an Experienced Project Management Specialist to join our team in Edwards AFB, CA.Position Responsibilities Include:Lead the development, coordination, and execution of project and program plans to meet defined objectivesCollaborate with U.S. Air Force and internal stakeholders to ensure project plans align with contractual requirements and operational needsServe as Control Account Manager (CAM), responsible for establishing and maintaining control account baselines including budget, schedule, and technical scopeDevelop Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and support proposal activities as requiredTrack and analyze key performance metrics; perform cost, schedule, and technical variance analysesProvide timely and transparent communication of project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and stakeholdersFacilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive timely execution and effective resource allocationParticipate in project reviews and internal/external audits to ensure compliance with company processes and industry standardsBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Active US Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance3+ years of experience in Project Management of the United States Government (USG), Aerospace and/or Department of Defense (DoD) projectsProficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience in a role that required strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasetsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Active U.S. Security Clearance in the past 24 monthsProject management experience with the U.S. Air ForceDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
