About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Associate General Counsel to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in managing legal risk across vendor, technology, and strategic business partnerships, with a focus on the company's mission of serving its members and communities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide practical, business-focused legal counsel, and who is adept at negotiating and managing complex commercial agreements. The Senior Associate General Counsel will also be instrumental in driving the company's contracting excellence, supporting the implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management platform, and leading a collaborative team to modernize legal service delivery. Applicants must have a Juris Doctorate degree, active Bar membership, and a minimum of 10 years' legal experience, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS and technology contracts, data privacy regulations, and a demonstrated ability to balance legal risks with business initiatives.
