Senior Civil Engineer
Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year
Location: Baltimore, MD
A national engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with a proven track record to take on complex, high-impact development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and analysis for steel, concrete, and masonry structures in commercial, institutional, industrial, and federal projects (new and existing).
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and client communications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams nationwide.
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship to engineering and design staff.
- Participate in project planning and business development activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering; PE license.
- 8–12 years of professional experience in land development.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D; specification preparation a plus.
