HVAC/R Service Technician

Location: Reading, PA
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Setting: Hybrid / Field-Based

We are seeking an experienced HVAC/R Service Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for commercial and industrial HVAC/R and plumbing systems . This role is ideal for a skilled technician with strong diagnostic abilities, field service experience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on commercial and industrial HVAC/R equipment.
Diagnose system issues and provide effective repair solutions.
Support field service operations, including on-site technical assistance and customer support.
Conduct preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
Troubleshoot HVAC/R, mechanical, and plumbing-related issues.
Communicate professionally with customers and ensure excellent service experiences.
Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

Experience with HVAC/R maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting .
Knowledge of commercial/industrial HVAC systems and plumbing equipment.
Field service experience with the ability to work independently.
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
HVAC/R technical training, certifications, or related experience preferred.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
