Quality Control, Training, and Field Manager

Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $24.00 per hour paid weekly. Benefits & Pay The pay for this position starts at $24 per hour and is dependent on your experience and ability to connect, master our processes, and retain and grow both customers and employees through your leadership. Communicate with customers and employees in a friendly, positive, and professional manner; act as brand ambassador, train cleaning staff on processes and quality, coach staff, and celebrate good work. Perform quality checks; coach staff, celebrate good work, and develop relationships to satisfy and retain customers. Build our culture and team by interviewing, hiring, and training individuals; embrace teamwork and energize the team. Kick off our day by connecting with teams, setting them up for a successful day, and managing and monitoring performance. Jump in by returning customer calls, responding to complaints, and training and growing professionally. Job Fit You feel energized talking with customers in their home and over the phone.
