Responsibilities Conduct thorough termite inspections, identify issues and recommend solutions to customers. Build rapport with homeowners, leverage sales skills to upsell additional services, especially our premium Sentricon system. Hit sales targets: actively seek and seize opportunities to exceed monthly sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in sales, preferably in pest control or a related field. Pest control or termite knowledge: prior experience or solid understanding of termite behavior and treatments is a big plus; training provided if needed. Customer‑first mentality: knowing how to make customers feel valued and keep them coming back. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
