Job Details Location: L019 Concord, Concord, NC 28027 Shift: Any Position: Planet Fitness Customer Service Representative Pay: Part‑Time: $11 per hour (12–29 hours per week). Full‑Time: $12 per hour (30–40 hours per week). Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter, based on anniversary date. Responsibilities Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script. Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point‑of‑sale system. Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (View email address on click.appcast.io) to active and new members. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment. Qualifications Customer service experience. High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. Basic computer proficiency. Physical Demands Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Encounter cleaning chemicals during shift.
