Marketing and Events Coordinator

Overview Trump Winery is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-driven Marketing & Events Coordinator to support marketing initiatives and event execution across Trump Winery, Trump Cidery, Albemarle Estate, and related properties. The role blends hands-on marketing with event planning, content creation, and cross-department collaboration to deliver guest experiences and on-brand campaigns. Position Title: Marketing and Events Coordinator Location: On site – Trump Winery, Charlottesville, VA Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, non-exempt. Weekday and weekend work required depending on the event schedule. Flexibility is essential. Wage: $24/hr – $28/hr, based on experience. Benefits: Employee medical premium paid 80%; dependents paid 40% 80% employer-paid premiums for dental and vision Basic Life at 25K and Voluntary Life, AD&D, and Accident plans available 26 days paid time off per year 401(k) with up to 6% company match Generous employee discounts at Trump Winery, Trump Cidery, and Trump Hotels Other programs include TicketsatWork, Shoes for Crews, a Discount Gym Membership at Planet Fitness, an employee referral program, monthly education opportunities, and more Travel Discounts at Trump Hotels ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Marketing and Content Creation Execute marketing campaigns across all social media platforms Create and edit compelling content including photos, videos, and graphics Manage social media engagement by responding to comments, messages, reviews, and interactions Build and deploy email marketing campaigns Monitor industry trends and analyze performance metrics Event Coordination Develop creative concepts and maintain calendar for internal events Plan and execute wine club pickup parties, including communications, vendor coordination, and day-of management Create event planning documents such as Event At-a-Glance summaries, timelines, supplies lists, etc. Source and coordinate vendors, entertainment, rentals, and decor Support all event-day operations including setup, vendor arrivals, guest assistance, troubleshooting, breakdown, and storage Ensure all guests receive a consistent, high-quality experience REQUIREMENTS: College degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or similar field preferred, or equivalent industry experience Proven track record of facilitating successful group events Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds; stand for 8+ hours Must pass a background check and possess a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Trump Winery is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
