Job Description
The Billing Administrator manages the accurate and timely generation of invoices, reconciles shipping and freight, storage and warehousing, and customer account transactions, and resolves billing discrepancies between operations and financial records. This role supports accounts receivable, payment tracking, record maintenance, and continuous process improvement while working effectively and learning quickly.
Responsibilities
- Generate accurate and timely customer invoices.
- Reconcile shipping, freight, storage, and customer account transactions.
- Conduct billing audits and identify discrepancies.
- Resolve billing issues between operations and financial records.
- Support accounts receivable and track customer payments.
- Coordinate with shipping and storage teams to validate billing information.
- Maintain accurate billing records and complete data entry.
- Prepare billing reports and identify opportunities to improve processes.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in billing administration.
- Ability to work effectively and learn quickly.
