Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct individualized, ethical, and compassionate mental health counseling sessions through video conferencing. \n
- Implement solution-focused treatment approaches tailored to meet the specific needs of clients. \n
- Develop and execute personalized treatment plans aimed at helping clients achieve their goals and improve their mental health. \n
- Assist clients in gaining deeper insights into their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships. \n

- Provide education and resources to clients, helping them build effective coping strategies. \n
In this role, you will primarily engage with stable, low-acuity adults who present a spectrum of mental health issues. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Family Therapy, or Psychology is required. \n
- Must hold a current and active license to practice independently in New Jersey as either a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
- No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted; candidates must have a clear disciplinary record. \n
- Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to client interactions. \n
- Proficient computer skills, with the ability to navigate teletherapy platforms smoothly. \n
Experience in telehealth practices is a plus, as this role relies on virtual sessions. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a strong ability to incorporate client feedback into treatment plans will be advantageous.
