Licensing & Transactions Attorney (CS/EE) Location: Pasadena, CA Compensation: $140K-$220K + bonus Experience: 1-5 Years Work Model: On-Site Role: 1-5 years attorney experience with patent experience at a law firm; manage licensing programs, lead licensee interactions, prepare and present EOU claim charts, conduct reverse engineering/EOU investigations, analyze internet / network traffic, and support patent licensing negotiations. Senior Patent Prosecution Associate (CS/EE) Location: Pasadena, CA Compensation: $160K-$180K + bonus Experience: 6-10 Years Work Model: On-Site Role: 6+ years patent prosecution experience at a law firm; CS/EE technical background; own high-value U.S. and international patent portfolios, office actions, examiner interviews, appeals, prior art analysis, claim charts, IPR / litigation / licensing-informed prosecution strategy, and junior mentoring.
