Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product information, order placement, and tracking. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. Identify and elevate priority issues to the appropriate team. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
