This role involves providing specialized surgical support within the operating room environment. The position requires a highly skilled healthcare professional to perform scrub and circulate duties, ensuring patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols during surgical procedures. Job Details Position: Operating Room (OR) Specialist Shift: Days, 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week Start Date: 10/05/2026 End Date: 01/02/2027 Schedule: Day shift (6:45 am - 5:15 pm), with up to three call shifts per week, including weekend call rotation. Requirements: Certifications: BLS certification, active VA or Compact license at time of submission. Education: Relevant healthcare certification or license. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the operating room setting, including scrub and circulate experience. Additional Qualifications: Vascular, Neuro, and da Vinci robotics experience preferred. Additional Information: Orientation dates are scheduled for 10/5 and 10/19, held every other Monday. Prior travel experience is required for all Centra positions. All required documents, including RTO requests, must be submitted at the time of application.
