MACH 1 TRUCK STOP IN MARIONASSISTANT GM POSITIONEARN $55,000 annuallyMarion, IllinoisABOUT USMach1 is a growing, family owned company servicing Illinois and Indiana. You are responsible for management of the entire location, providing exemplary customer service, building team member relations, and ensuring the highest profitability of the location.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Supervision of sales associates during shiftTraining and coaching sales associatesEnsuring a safe environment for customers and employeesEnsure the store's appearance reflects the company's standardsComply with federal and state laws pertaining to the store's operationResponsible for daily paperwork, bank deposits, inventory counts, cash audits, invoice processing, order placement, controlling labor hours, overseeing day to day operationsMonitor competitor pricing at the store's local competitionQUALIFICATIONSTeam player attitude with upbeat personalityTrustworthy and professional Effective communicationSelf-motivatedAble to multi-task and be extremely organizedPhysically able to occasionally lift up to 50 poundsMust be able to stand on your feet for extended periodsKnowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.BENEFITS Hourly + Monthly Commission annual salary: $55,000 +Health Insurance401KVacation timeMonthly CommissionAdvancement OpportunitiesCompany provided uniformsFuel discountsApply now if you are ready to join our Mach1 team!Background Screen Required
