Entry-level Labor Position Sierra Pacific Industries is hiring an entry-level labor position in Fiber Operations, Martell, California, with pay of $23.53 per hour. Responsibilities Learn and explore many jobs within the plant site, including production, equipment maintenance, and supervision. Fill in on various machine stations at the bark plant facility. Shovel, rake, and sweep wood byproducts. Remove material and clean out jams as necessary. Work in a fast‑paced and sometimes demanding environment. Perform repetitive lifting and work in both hot and cold conditions. Work may involve various shifts, overtime, and weekend work during busy production times. Qualifications Recent related work history and verifiable references. Minimum age 18.
