Our client, a reputable organization dedicated to providing exceptional senior living experiences, is seeking a Food Service Worker to join their team. As a Food Service Worker, you will be an essential part of the culinary team supporting meal service, maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are upheld. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to serving older adults, contributing positively to the residents' dining experience.

Location: Gadsden, AL

Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour

Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:00 AM (rotating days)

What's the Job?

• Assist with meal service to residents in a senior living community
• Support the culinary team in food preparation and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and kitchen areas
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Provide compassionate and respectful service to residents

What's Needed?

• Previous food service, restaurant, or dietary aid experience preferred
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to complete a background and drug screen
