Roles and Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments and movement disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy and guide patients through therapeutic exercises
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians and support staff
Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and overall wellness
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active or eligible Physical Therapy license
CPR certification
Interest or experience in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive approach
