STAG is seeking a motivated Sales Associate for our Nashville, Tennessee location. A STAG Sales Associate supports the management team by providing outstanding customer service, delivering strong sales results, adhering to merchandising standards, supporting store operations including cleaning, replenishing, and maintaining the store. What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service Engage customers confidently and naturally to build lasting relationships Support daily sales goals and contribute to strong store performance Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation Assist with store operations including cleaning, replenishment, and organization Work collaboratively with the team in a fast-paced retail environment What We’re Looking For Professional retail and/or customer service experience Strong communication skills, including the ability to easily engage in conversation Ability to work in a dynamic team environment Self-motivated with an ability to take direction & multi-task Strong attention to detail, with thorough follow-up skills Possesses a positive attitude and is goal oriented #J-18808-Ljbffr
