Responsibilities Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch training program and apply the required practices. Partner with sales agents to schedule and conduct property showings for prospective buyers. Provide detailed written feedback after showings to help identify and rank each client's housing priorities. Support sales agents and clients in developing, preparing, and negotiating purchase offers. Spend a minimum of 10 hours each week on prospecting and lead-generation activities. Participate in weekly script-practice sessions and consistently follow team processes. Attend all required team meetings, company events, coaching appointments, training sessions, and Partner Calls. Keep all activity records and assigned tasks current and accurate within PLACE Technology systems.
