Tester Position

Be the final check for success — PeopleShare is now hiring testers! Tester details:

• 1st shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Pay rate: $23.32/hour
• Contract-to-hire opportunity

Tester responsibilities:

• Test finished products to ensure quality and performance standards are met
• Use measuring devices such as calipers and tape measures
• Review and follow production schedules and testing procedures
• Read drawings and specifications to verify product accuracy
• Maintain testing documentation and report quality concerns

Tester requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing, quality control, or testing experience preferred
• Experience using measuring instruments such as calipers and tape measures
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Basic math skills and ability to follow detailed procedures
