Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an experienced Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) registered nurse in Springfield, Illinois. This role involves providing specialized bedside care in a fast-paced acute care hospital environment, supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience and be comfortable working day shifts on a 4x12 or 3x12 schedule.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts (0630-1900), minimum of 48 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Illinois nursing license, ACLS and BLS certifications, minimum 1 year of clinical experience in Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory procedures, including adult and left heart catheterizations, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, right heart catheterization, and procedural sedation administration. Experience with Cerner charting system required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a Level I trauma center or acute care hospital; experience with diagnostic and interventional catheterizations, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, and monitoring procedural sedation.
• Additional Information: Must be willing to float if needed within scope to meet facility requirements. Candidate should be able to review and confirm housing arrangements and understand the importance of completing compliance modules within the designated timeframe.
