Supports a wider range of systems and environments. Responsibilities Provide first‑line support via phone, email, chat, and walk‑up Perform basic fieldwork: pickups, deliveries, and in‑person support Deploy and image computers, printers, and other devices Troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues across platforms (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and services (Wi‑Fi, Canvas, Office365, printers) Participate in physical tasks (lifting, moving equipment) Provide support in classrooms and labs, including audio‑visual support Participate in small to mid‑scale project tasks and documentation Minimum Qualifications Experience troubleshooting software/network issues across platforms (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and services (Wi‑Fi, Canvas, Office365, printers). Preferred Qualifications Previous UNT IT experience as a student employee. Physical Requirements Communicating with others to exchange information. Lifting and moving objects up to 20 pounds. Lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds. Moving self in various positions to perform tasks in tight and confined spaces. Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting or standing.
