Job Description

Residential Plumbing Service Technician

It’s 7:00 AM in Northeast Ohio. You clock in from your driveway using our mobile app, roll out in your company-provided service vehicle, and head to your first call. By mid-morning, you’ve diagnosed a pressure issue, repaired a leaky fixture, and cleared a main drain. In the afternoon, you’re roughing in a bathroom remodel at a local condo community. You wrap up by 4:00 PM, update dispatch from your phone, and park the truck at home—ready for tomorrow.

Join an industry leader serving Northeast Ohio for over 116 years. We’re a locally renowned Top Workplace where people build long, rewarding careers. Expect rock-solid stability, clear growth pathways, and a team that treats you like family.

• Deliver expert service, repair, and installation in single-family homes, with occasional light commercial work in multi‑unit properties (senior living facilities, condos).
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain rough and finish plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Perform thorough diagnostics to resolve performance issues right the first time.
• Clear drains and remove blockages using professional equipment.
• Assess job sites to determine accurate material types and quantities.
• Use a mobile app to clock in, receive assignments, and stay in contact with dispatch and managers from home.

• At least 3 years of residential or commercial plumbing experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds.
• Bonus qualifications (not required): active state plumbing license, backflow certification, OSHA 10 card.

• Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
• On‑call is fairly rotated across a large team to prevent burnout.
• Year‑round, steady work—no seasonal layoffs.

• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans with robust coverage options.
• 401(k) with an immediate 100% company match and immediate vesting.
• Competitive paid time off and paid holidays.
• Company service vehicle you can take home nightly; dispatch directly from your driveway.
• Extra earning power: competitive hourly pay, a sign‑on bonus, and commission opportunities for passing qualified leads to our HVAC team.
• Growth built in: clear paths to field leadership, management, or sales.

Be part of a stable, century‑strong contractor where your craftsmanship and customer care are recognized. Our family‑first culture keeps team members here for decades, and our Top Workplace awards reflect it. If you take pride in quality work and want a place to grow, we’d love to meet you.
