Job Description Join our Customer Experience team as a Customer Experience Associate I. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service across phone, chat, email, SMS, and Microsoft Teams, with a clear path to promotion based on performance. Engage with customers across multiple channels in a professional and efficient manner. Create a culture of satisfaction and delight, enhancing our service delivery. Use technology apps and database systems (Co‑Pilot, ETO, Online Service Navigation Form, Microsoft Teams). Use AI tools (Copilot) for solutions. Provide timely and accurate solutions using active listening and empathy. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of services, trends, and changes. Represent organizational values and mission in all interactions. Identify process improvement opportunities and provide feedback. Follow best communication practices across all channels. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Empathetic and patient, handling challenging situations. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Technical proficiency in AI tools, Microsoft Office, Teams, digital call tracking, ticketing, email, chat, SMS. Adaptability to changing priorities, proactive approach. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Experience 1–5 years’ experience in a customer service or call center role. Experience in front‑desk, hospitality, or direct guest service. Familiarity with Office365, Teams telephony, client database, and data entry. Knowledge of Okta (plus). Standard office environment with minimal hybrid work. Physical Requirements Standard office equipment. Salary range: $48,000–$54,000.
