Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients in a progressive care environment.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, including drips such as Heparin and Amiodarone.
• Manage chest tube and wound vac systems.
• Perform EKGs and monitor telemetry.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members on patient care strategies.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of one year experience in a PCU/ICU setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac care and drips preferred.
• Proficient in the use of Meditech documentation systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
