Membership Growth & Customer Experience Advisor

El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to greet customers warmly, educate them on the Unlimited Membership program, and convert interest into loyalty. You will balance sales with exceptional service, handling concerns promptly and maintaining a clean, inviting site environment. Ideal candidates are high-energy, bilingual (English/Spanish), and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays outdoors.
