Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking a Residential HVAC Estimator in Middlesex, NJ to prepare cost estimates and proposals for residential HVAC replacement and new construction projects.
Must-Haves • 3+ years of HVAC estimating or sales experience • Strong knowledge of residential HVAC equipment and systems • Proficiency with load calculation software (Manual J) • Excellent customer communication and presentation skills • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Nice-to-Haves • NATE certification or HVAC technical training • Experience with energy efficiency programs and rebates • Knowledge of ductwork design and Manual D calculations • Estimating software experience Compensation & Logistics
