Details Hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation unit Day shift schedule: 5x8s, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM No weekend or on-call requirements; holiday coverage may be required May be required to float within scope to meet facility needs or between like units/sister facilities Charting performed in Epic Free parking available on-site Requirements Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required Prior travel experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered SC or Multistate Compact Physical Therapist license required — license required if applicable Current BLS certification (AHA) required SSN and Driver's License required for consideration 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration Outpatient clinic work setting experience required Core skills include assessment, documentation, evaluation, plan of care, patient/family education, and safety and injury prevention Additional Information Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted Previous permanent or PRN staff at any MUSC location must have been separated from the MUSC system for at least 1 year before being eligible to return as a traveler All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of consideration; RTO requests submitted after will not be accepted Pre-assignment modules are required and must be completed prior to the start of the contract Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season (June - November), all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams; peak activity months are August and September Pewter scrubs required American Traveler Job ID #P-735681.
