Youth Mental Health Case Manager

UnityPoint Health’s Robert Young Center in Moline, IL is seeking a Mental Health Professional to provide state-funded case management for youth with severe emotional disturbances using Trauma Informed Care. You will assess, plan, coordinate care, and deliver crisis intervention to support families and community-based services. Under supervision of a licensed or qualified mental health professional, you’ll document thoroughly and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote stability and #J-18808-Ljbffr
