Job Description

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a skilled Fiber Laser Operator in Oakwood, GA . Apply today if you have experience operating fiber laser cutting equipment, CNC programming, or both!

In a Fiber Laser Operatorjob, youll be responsible for:

Operating fiber laser cutting equipment in a manufacturing environment
Creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs for production
Setting up and running laser cutting jobs according to specifications
Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and production specifications
Making program adjustments to improve efficiency, quality, and material utilization

What youll need:

Previous experience operating fiber laser cutting equipment
Previous experience with CNC programming
Ability to create, modify, and optimize CNC programs rather than simply operate pre-programmed jobs
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
