Schedule: 5 × 8-hour day shifts

San Angelo State Supported Living Center – RFP is seeking a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled rehabilitation services in Carlsbad, Texas. This opportunity offers a consistent 5 × 8-hour day shift schedule with a competitive pay rate of $82.00/hour . The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for completing comprehensive occupational therapy assessments, providing treatments, monitoring client progress, and developing appropriate programs for individuals with a variety of diagnoses and functional needs. The clinician will also provide training and education to clients, staff, and Direct Support Professionals as appropriate.

The selected therapist will participate in client meetings, provide clinical information when needed, and maintain accurate documentation and reports within required deadlines. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, including the ability to effectively communicate with other team members, complete required documentation, and educate staff in residential homes. The therapist must conduct all professional activities in accordance with the applicable Rules and Regulations relating to Physical Therapist Education, Licensure, and Practice in the State of Texas , as well as all rules, regulations, and policies established by HHSC and the facility .
