Social Worker: Crisis Counseling & Discharge Planning

IHA

MercyOne Health System in Des Moines is seeking a Social Worker for a full-time, 12-hour day shift to support psychosocial care across the hospital. You will provide evaluative, preventive, therapeutic and personal care services to meet the psychosocial needs of patients and families, guiding them through admission, treatment, and discharge. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and proficiency in clinical interviewing, medical terminology, and social work ethics. #J-18808-Ljbffr IHA
