Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (Labor and Delivery) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Manage laboring and high-risk obstetric patients, ensuring safety and comfort.Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.Circulate in the operating room and assist with vaginal deliveries and C-sections.Provide triage for obstetrical patients and place internal monitors as needed.Interpret fetal heart rate patterns and implement appropriate interventions.Ensure adherence to facility protocols and AWHONN Intermediate standards. Qualifications Active RN license in Colorado or compact state license; 2 years experience required.Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate required.Experience with Epic charting and managing care in a fast-paced unit.Familiarity with labor and delivery procedures, including internal monitoring.Willingness to work weekends and on-call as needed by the unit.Ability to handle 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratios efficiently.
